Clear transparent labels a problem?
Paxton Air Knives make it easy!
In December we supplied our latest systems to a Belgian bottled water plant just outside of Liege. The first installation at this facility was completed in 2006 and now four Paxton systems are used across their production lines.
The bottler produces a high quality product aimed at the top end restaurant market. They use returnable bottles which are branded with a transparent, pressure sensitive label. Applying a transparent label means it is critical the surface of the bottle is completely dry.
Across their lines which operate at around 30,000 bph, Paxton drying equipment is applied at key stages to ensure the bottles are dry. These include pre-labelling and pre-coding areas.
Our latest installations on a new PET line focused on bottle cap a neck drying prior to the date coding station.
All of these systems have been supplied and installed by our Benelux distributor Rycobel NV who are located near to Kortrijk in Belgium.
